What shipping methods are available?
The items are shipped worldwide from Oranjestad - Aruba, Dutch Caribbean.
We ship through our local postal office.
We are pending on other ways of shipment methods, please subscribe to be updated on this topic.
All local orders are free shipping.
*International orders of more than US$100,- are free shipping.
Less than US$100 the shipping cost can be charged from US$10,- depending on the size and weight, when you place an order you can see the shipping cost. Remember that it does NOT include customs fees or import tax in your country.
*Irregular sizes canvas and wood canvas may have a variation of shipping cost.
Please be informed about your country’s policies and customs fees. All customs forms we fill out will have an accurate record of the package contents and their value.
How will I receive my package?
You will receive your order in a carton shipping package re-enforces with carton and bubble wrap. The product inside will be ready to be given as a gift. Envelopes will also include a Certificate of Craftsmanship granted by the Culture Department of Aruba, a business card, and a little description of the art created. The invoice for the price paid is not included, but I can provide it upon request.
How long will it take to get my package?
We ship the same day for purchase and payment confirmed before 4 pm or the next business day from Monday till Friday.

The items will be shipped from Aruba via available services: Airmail, Parcel priority and non priority, EMS. This normally will take 7-15 working days for the USA and Canada, and up to 6 weeks worldwide delivery. If rush delivery is needed, please contact us to inquire about pricing before your purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Payment is very much appreciated at the time of purchase. Items will be held for 24 hours in anticipation of payment if checkout was not completed at the time of purchase. If you are unable to complete your purchase within 24 hours please let me know ahead of time.
We are required to charge sales tax on orders to Aruba. The tax is charged on shipping.
Is buying on-line safe?
All reasonable care to make its Site secure has been placed. The website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology (that’s the HTTPS and the lock symbol in the address bar). This is the industry standard for securing online transactions and exchange of information on a website.
We do not store customer’s credit card details on our systems.
We provide a way for registering and login to view or update your information regarding your orders. Your information is kept for as long as we feel it is necessary but will be removed when required by law or on your request.

How Do I Track My Order?
All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel an order before the package is sent and you will receive a complete refund of the purchase price in the same way of payment used to place your order. If you want to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel it and you can make a new order.
In case it had already been sent, you will have to return the package as soon as possible in the same conditions that it was received, once received and verified its status, will refund your money minus shipping charges and send you a confirmation. Please, be sure that all packages must be sent back by the way that it can be tracked.
How can I return a Product?
You can return any product within 15 days of receiving the package; have exceptions on customized orders. Contact us to provide you the information and refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition.
If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece, please contact us immediately. We do stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to repair the item.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase or we made a mistake with your order, please contact us and we can work it out. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered.
Our goal is for all our customers to be happy, and we work hard for that.
How do I keep your Art clean?
Use a damp cloth to take off the dust or dirt and for the areas where the sand is applied use a dry cloth.
*Our wood canvases are recycled pallets and may vary in type of wood.
*The sand used for the art is sand collected mostly at sunrise, every Saturday I collect a small amount. This sand is collected on my favorite Aruba Beach that is Eagle Beach.
